Traveling to a new island or new city in Thailand?  If so, the next question is where to stay and where to go party.

Use this little trick we have learned.  Every major town in Thailand has a McDonalds right in the middle.  McDonalds are always placed in the center of the hot spots.

If you don’t know where to go for the evening or where is a good place to book a hotel, simply follow the McDonalds sign and you can never go wrong.
