The Big Buddha is a 12-meter Buddha that can be seen for miles around. The temple here contains several shrine and beautiful décor. This spiritual site is one of the most famous landmarks in Koh Samui. You can also visit the market here to purchase a memento or a snack after your journey.
Visit some of the most dangerous animals in Asia at the snake farm. Experienced handlers deal with these snakes and there are also scorpions and other creatures. Be aware that cock fighting also takes place here.
This waterfall is the most impressive in the area. There are lovely rock formations and the trees provide perfect scenery. There is a beautiful pool beneath the waterfall and the whole area has the air you expect from such a paradise-like setting.
This aquarium allows you to get close to some of the beautiful fish and even sharks that inhabit the ocean here. Next door you can see tigers as well as tropical birds and some other creatures. Check out some of the local wildlife here, up close.
This mummified monk is quite famous. He died several decades ago and his body rests in a glass case, an intriguing site that will be of interest to anyone who likes the historical, spiritual, or unusual. Located at Wat Kunaram.

The Buddha Garden is called secret because it is located in the hills of the interior jungle. It is quite lovely and more importantly has amazing views of the surrounding area. Also featuring statues, this is a great and less-visited scenic site.
