Hailed as one of the only modern serviced apartments in Samui. Each apartment is clean, well kept, western standards, and very nice. Comes with cleaning two times a week, swimming pool, and a car port. Prices start at 15,000 baht a month with a 5,000 baht security deposit. They accept credit cards at no fee.
